The word we talk about today is“智慧法院”——intelligent court system, which was mentioned in the report on work of Supreme People's Court(SPC) delivered by Zhou Qiang, president of SPC on March 13, 2016. The intelligent court system makes full use of technologies such as internet, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence and so on to promote the modernization of trial system and judgment capability, so as to achieve the highly intellectualized operation and managment of people’s court.
