Zach and Amanda, two foreign friends who have lived in Zhongshan for many years, have long been fascinated by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). In this episode, they visited Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine to experience firsthand the four diagnostic methods of TCM-inspection, auscultation & olfaction, inquiry, and palpation. They even practiced Baduanjin, a traditional Chinese qigong exercise, while standing barefoot on an acupressure board.In the “Herbal Hunt” challenge, Zach confidently declared he’d beat Amanda hands down.
